At PISTARA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food products, certain conditions apply.

Returns

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product was delivered damaged.
  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product arrived in an unusable condition.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened food products
  • Products consumed partially or fully
  • Change-of-mind purchases after dispatch

Damaged Orders

Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging when reporting a damaged order.
